According to a federally required report by the Eugene Water and Electric Board, the drinking water in Eugene remains among the best in the nation. Additionally, we usually have plenty of free street parking available directly across the street from the townhouse. Uber/Lyft are usually very fast! Our location is within a mile of Oakway Center, putting you close to many of the best restaurants, shops, and attractions that Eugene has to offer. We love pets, but we do ask that you keep them quiet during your stay. If your dog is known to bark excessively, this listing may not be the best fit for you. We are happy to offer you parking for one car in the garage and one car directly in front of the townhome. If you have additional cars, there is street parking available across the street. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate RVs. We are sure you will love your stay in this tranquil, conveniently located neighborhood. As well as many walkable food and entertainment options. Uber, taxi and Lyft are also available. We understand that many guests travel with their pets and we are happy to accommodate them. However, at this stage, we do not have a fenced area for pets, so they will need to be kept on a leash at all times. Pets are allowed to relieve themselves on the North side of the complex, but guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Please note that there is a flat $25 pet fee, per stay. We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to check in early or check out late. If you would like an early check-in, there will be a $30/hr charge, and if you would like to request a late check-out, it is $50 . However, unplanned late check-outs will result in an additional $60 overstay fee. If you're looking for a later check-out, we recommend reserving an additional night. We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside our home. If this rule is not followed, there will be an initial fee of $300, which may be subject to additional nightly fees for dates the home becomes unavailable due to smoke smell.
