Santangelo house

The house is located at the foot of the Norman castle of Condojanni. The house is located near the main square. It is a flat and easy road. Parking is free in the vicinity of the house and we have (for small cars) a private garage. The house is accessed via two staircases, one internal and one external, as you prefer. The house has large spaces and all the rooms overlook the sea and the village. Terrace and garden with sea view (including two hammocks). The space The accommodation is named Sant'Angelo in memory of my husband, a film set designer. Inside you will find his works in paintings and sketches of film scenes made during the years of his film career. In all rooms you will find ceiling fans and in one bedroom air conditioning. The bathroom was renovated a few months ago. There are 2 showers, one in the bathroom and the other on the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with everything from small appliances to dishes. A smart TV is present in the very large living room with an interesting bookcase. Guest access All the spaces you see in the photos are available for guests. 2 bedrooms, a large living room, a bathroom, terrace with shower and balcony. Other things to note The house is located under the Norman Castle of Condojanni. The village is located 150m above sea level. The sea is 3km away, with equipped beaches, kilometers of free beaches and beautiful pine forests that run along the entire coastline. In the center of Condojanni you will find 2 bars, a trattoria and a restaurant. Adjacent to Piazza Uria is a small children's playground.
