Perfectly located just 5 minutes from a marina where you can rent a boat and enjoy a day on the lake! Fish right from our dock and enjoy your catch of the day or lounge by the pool and work on your tan. Truly lakefront with everything you need for your perfect get away. Inside, every single room has a view! Open concept floorplan is perfect for gathering. Fully equipped kitchen with all the things you’d expect in a well stocked kitchen - and then some to ensure you don't have to worry about bringing a single thing with you. Or cook outside on any of our three grills - a smoker, a blackstone or a gas grill. This is your time to escape and enjoy! Wine fridge and wet bar so you can tap in to your inner bartender. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms with luxury mattresses and linens. Each bedroom has a dedicated work space. Some other items available to enhance your stay are: yard games like custom cornhole boards or bocce ball, crawfish pot and cooker, karaoke machine, kayaks - all included! The first 7 gallons of propane are included in your reservation, after that there will be an additional charge assessed after checkout. The garage, boat, jet skis and docking equipment are off limits and not included in a reservation. For safety reasons loading/unloading from dock or tying up to it is prohibited. Fishing from our dock is encouraged! Bring your gear - the fish are always biting. Other things to note ★ POOL/HOT TUB ★ The pool deck is extremely slippery when wet. Use extreme caution. For safety reasons, absolutely no glass around the pool or hot tub area. Pool safe dishes are provided. No diving into the pool or hot tub. Keep hot tub covered when not in use. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Your heath, safety, and well-being is top priority. We use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out to make sure you have a clean and enjoyable space. ★ NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS/PARTIES/EVENTS/SHINDIGS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as if it were your own to preserve its condition for future guests and for your return visits. ★ BEST SUITED FOR ADULTS 25+★ We love little ones, but for safety reasons our place is best suited for adult stays.
