Clementine House

Casa das Clementinas is situated in the heart of the island in the town of Almagreira. This modern home was built in 2010. The house is only a 3 minute drive from Praia Formosa, a beach known for its soft sand. A friendly coffee shop can be found at the beginning of the street, and a local grocery store is a five minute walk, including fresh bread and pastries. The capital of the island, Vila do Porto is nearby with everything you’d need including restaurants, groceries, pharmacies and more. The space The main floor includes an open-concept kitchen and living room with a large table for everyone to sit together. The master bedroom, secondary bedroom and main bath are also located on the first floor. The second floor is a large loft space with a second bathroom. Outside the home is a large back deck with a picnic table, barbeque and room to enjoy the view. Guest access You will have access to the entire home.
