This rental is pet friendly with an additional $100 pet fee per dog (maximum of 2 dogs allowed). Please include the number of dogs when making your reservation. During the colder months, relax around the indoor fireplace while spending time with friends or family! About the Home • The main level has an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen. The kitchen offers breakfast bar seating for 3, a Keurig coffeemaker, and formal dining for 4. The living room offers a gas logs fireplace, Satellite TV, and deck access. There is also a laundry area with a washer & dryer and a half bath on the main level by the dining area. • Recreation room on the lower level boasts a pool table, dart board, and access to an outdoor covered patio with a hot tub. There is also a gas grill in the garage that can be rolled out and used on the lower-level patio • Up to 2 dogs are welcome, with an additional fee per pet Where to Unwind • Main floor primary bedroom with king-size bed and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub • The upper level offers a sitting area with a Satellite TV along with two other bedrooms (each with a Queen-sized bed). Guest access All of our homes are private residences so you have access to the entire house unless otherwise noted in the description (the owner may not allow use of the garage, etc). Free parking at all homes. After you make your reservation, you will receive an email with instructions for access, including a keyless access code if your home has keyless entry. You will hear from one of our local rental staff members and we will be available to assist you in whatever way we can! Other things to note For dog-friendly houses, approval of the pet by Greybeard Rentals must be obtained. Those cottages allowing dogs are limited to one or two housebroken domestic animals, depending on the home. A $100.00 per dog, non-refundable fee is charged on all reservations including a pet. Sorry, homes are not cat-friendly due to common allergies.
