Hello everyone, Room in a shared apartment located in the very pretty city of Saint-Denis. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen open to the large living room. Fully equipped and all charges included. Fiber and Wi-Fi internet. A few steps from the Parc de la Légion d'Honneur, the Delafontaine Hospital and the historic center. Very close to shops, tram T1 next door, Metro M13 Saint-Denis Basilique, easily accessible from the A1 highway The space The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen open to the large living room. Recently completed work, it is completely new with cozy finishes. It is located on the ground floor and easily accessible to people with reduced mobility, but close to the tram and therefore a little noisy. The proposed room is private, but the common areas (kitchen, living room and bathroom) are to be shared with two other roommates. IMPORTANT: Cleaning on arrival is provided by the host, but for the rest of the stay each guest must keep the common areas clean, especially after each use of the toilet and kitchen Guest access you have at your disposal the bathroom, kitchen and living room, which are fully accessible and shared with the other two roommates. During your stay I do not live in the accommodation, but I will be at your disposal for any help or problem in order to make your stay easier and more comfortable. Other things to note Housekeeping on arrival is provided by the host, but for the rest of the stay the guest must take care of the housekeeping and coordinate and share this task with the other roommates in order to keep the common areas clean. The apartment is on the ground floor on the street side, so a little noisy but nothing exceptional.
