Minutes from restaurants, shopping, & coffee shops! Watch a movie or cheer on the Hogs in the home. You can even work remotely from the office space with fast internet. We are excited for your stay! The space This is a great place to unwind, or to work, or as a home base for all your adventures in NorthWest Arkansas. The design will delight you and the location puts you right in the middle of the action. Take in all the area has to offer, from sports to biking to museums to concerts. Come and stay for work or for pleasure, and you will want to come back again and again! Guest access You will have access to the entire house, including all 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles - an enclosed garage suitable for 2 smaller vehicles, and parking outside the garage for 1 additional vehicle. No on-street parking is allowed. Garage door access is via the MyQ app. No parking in the alley … No parking on the grass … No parking on the street out front ... No parking available for campers, trailers, RVs, etc. Other things to note Absolutely No pets / no parties / no smoking of any kind / no vaping / no charcoal grills. Any violation of these will incur a $500 fine and immediate removal from the property.
