The space The accommodation consists of: FLOOR: • 1 BEDROOM with a 140 cm DOUBLE BED and storage. • 1 BEDROOM with two 90 cm SINGLE BEDS and storage, perfect for children or friends. GROUND FLOOR: • 1 BATHROOM with BATHTUB, vanity unit (bath mat and hairdryer provided). • A separate toilet for extra comfort. • KITCHEN area equipped with fridge/freezer, FILTER coffee maker, microwave, kettle, stove, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils for your homemade dishes. • COSY stay with TV ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. And to fully enjoy the outdoors, the small wooden terrace awaits you equipped with table and chairs, it is perfect for sharing convivial meals at sunset. For swimming enthusiasts, the residence's communal POOL is open from June to the end of September, exclusively for guests. You're all set to have a relaxing, joyful, and memorable stay. The accommodation is adjoining and is located in a peaceful residence 2 steps from the lake. 🚗 For added comfort, a parking space is reserved for your use: You can easily park near the house. 📍 Transportation & Access: Bordeaux ✈️ Airport 1h15 by car 🚈 Labouheyre train station 25 min drive Located in Aureilhan, the Apolonia Hut allows you to fully enjoy the Atlantic Ocean and the friendly atmosphere of the resort. The sandy beaches, supervised in season, are accessible in 10 minutes by car and ideal for swimming, surfing and sunset walks. Nearby: bike paths, Landes forest, water activities, markets and summer entertainment. Many restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors and shops are minutes away, for a convenient and car-free stay. Other things to note • Bed and bath linens are not provided, you have the choice, either to bring your own or to rent them from the concierge. Bath mats and tea towels are provided.
