Welcome to our stylish "CASITA IN THE PARK", on a quiet street, w/a private backyard & parking. Our house is in the heart of Washington Park, a neighborhood minutes from everything in RVA, where you'll find some of the best restaurants, coffee shops and breweries! 2br/1bth house features a fully stocked coffee bar, in home laundry, fenced backyard and outdoor dining. Ideal for long stays to visit family or weekend getaways. Guest access You will be provided an electronic code for the front door keypad. The code will be provided on the day of check in. This will be your code for the duration of your stay. Other things to note We are animal lovers and have a few fur babies of our own. We do allow pets upon request and approval for an additional fee. While we do welcome dogs, we DO NOT allow cats. This is to avoid clawing and allergy issues in our units. Please pick up after your dog and do not allow them on the furniture. Thank you in advance. Pet fee will be added at booking.
