Self check-in to this beautiful home on two floors in an old wooden house on a quiet street of trendy Kalamaja. Enjoy the area full of charm and relaxed atmosphere, colorful wooden buildings, lively culture and nightlife. Easy walk to Old Town, harbour, Telliskivi Creative District, many unique cafes, best restaurants and museums. Central Station and Farmers market. Very close to Seaplane Harbour and seaside promenade. Free street parking. Wifi, washer/dryer, cooking utensils,tea/coffee/sugar. The space Upstairs: kitchen/lounge room, WC, separate shower that is accessed from the kitchen. Downstairs is a magical ancient bedroom with king size bed ( 180cm x 200cm) and historical curved red brick ceilings. Fresh linen, towels, soap/shampoo, well equipped kitchen, dining table, tea/coffee. This apartment is perfect for couples, solo travellers or parents traveling with up to 3 children - in this case, two could see on the sofa with the sleep function and one could sleep with parents in a huge bed in the downstairs bedroom. Please note that due to the size of 43m2 this apartment is not spacious enough to host more than 2 grown-ups comfortably. By allowing a group of 4-5 people I wished to give a family travelling with up to 3 kids a chance to find nice affordable accommodation. Because of the open stair case, the place may not be the most suitable for small children. With heavy heart, we have had to say "No" to dogs now. As much as we love pets, the stress of dealing with dog-damage and trying to get everything fixed for the next guest - just got too much. Other things to note The unit is in an apartment building with a tight-knit community, we'd appreciate if you're respectful to everyone. Flat is not suitable for parties, no loud noise in the evenings - please respect the quiet time from 11pm to 7am. No smoking. Enjoy yourself!
