Charming Farmhouse in the Heart of Midcoast Maine

Come and stay in an antique Maine farmhouse situated on a 38 acre parcel. You will have the privacy of the house to yourselves. Perfect for couples, family or groups of friends looking to explore mid-coast Maine and everything this dynamic region has to offer. We are located approximately 15-20 minutes away from Camden as well as Rockport and 25-30 minutes away from Belfast where you will find a range of great restaurants, galleries and shops, not to mention what is local in Union. The space We offer 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, wood stove and fireplace, workspace area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a door opening to a fire pit, bbq and chairs facing the sunset. Please reach out to us about purchasing any of the art and craft featured in the house! Guest access Guests will have full private access to the primary section of the home. Part of the house is unfinished and unoccupied (for now) and will be off limits to guests. Out-buildings and barn will also be off limits. Other things to note Be sure to check out the Pour Farm brewery located approximately 1 mile down the road toward Union. We also recommend checking out Oyster River Organic Winegrowers located about 10 minutes down 131 just past Warren. Sterlingtown Bakehouse in town is great for coffee and a quick breakfast in the mornings and the Public House is always good for dinner. There is a great public beach at Ayer Park no more than 5 minutes away on Seven Tree Pond that is great for swimming and bbq. For local hiking you can check out George Highland Trailhead located on rt. 17 about 10 minutes away. There are also plenty of local farm stands. Keep your eyes peeled for Bald Eagles above the property. We are located on their direct feeding path between Seven tree Pond and Crawford Pond.
