There is off street parking for 2 cars or the home is a short walk away from buses to Randwick, Ritz Cinema and restaurants, Hospitals, University, Racecourse, Centennial Park, Sydney Cricket Ground, Bondi Junction shopping and into the city. The space This newly renovated and beautiful furnished home contains everything your family needs for a wonderful stay. The neighbourhood is spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out, with lots of lovely local restaurants down by Coogee beach and at The Spot where you can catch a movie at the local Ritz Cinema all within walking distance. The home is perfect for families or two families travelling together with accommodation to sleep up to 12 guests. There are 5 bedrooms and a sofa bed. The living area has four lounges for chilling out and opens up to a front and back alfresco area for your morning coffee, evening drinks and catering for outdoor dining with built-in bbq bench and sink. New kitchen with Miele appliances. Laundry with Miele washer. There are 4 bathrooms and an outdoor shower among the garden palms. With the beach just down the road and buses nearby, you won't need a car to get around but if you do, there is off street parking for 2 cars. We want you to enjoy our home as much as we do but ask that you be respectful of our neighbours - so no parties or events. Guest access You have exclusive use of the home and backyard. No access to the garage or office. There are stairs to access the house and the bedrooms are located on the second floor. Guests must be able to climb stairs. All the living area is on one level. Other things to note * Any last min bookings or new users with no reviews will need to provide 2 forms of ID on arrival. Additional linen charge is applied for setting up the sofa
