Our home in De Beauvoir Town is 15 min walk to Old St or Dalston, 20 min to Islington, 2 min to Regents Canal. A shop, parks, pubs, deli & restaurants on the doorstep! The bus outside gets you on route to anywhere in London. Our 4th floor flat is in a secure building with 24h concierge & opens onto a shared terrace with fantastic views. There’s an open plan living area, king bedroom with ensuite, spare room & 2nd bathroom. There’s a small desk for work. Paid parking can be arranged. No pets. There’s a large open plan living area with full equipped kitchen and dining area. The king bedroom has a large ensuite with shower and there is spare room used as baby room / office. There is also a 2nd bathroom with bath. There’s a small desk for work if needed in the spare room. Guest access Feel free to use the whole flat. The spare bedroom doubles as our baby’s room / office. We didn’t photograph it as we didn’t expect it would be used. If you wanted to use the desk in there however, it’s no problem, please go ahead :) Other things to note The flat is our home - shared by me, my husband and our 4 year old, so there are lots of our personal possessions throughout. It’s not been emptied but we’ve made space in the wardrobe for you :) Feel free to use herbs, spices, oils etc in the kitchen. And if you need anything, just let me know. (I have taken the hair dryer…)
