Safely access the building through the front door electronic keyboard then take the stairs to the second floor and there is a second door keyboard that will unlock the private staircase to the third floor. Once you have accessed the third floor, unlock the deadbolt to the elevator and you can access the loft from the elevator. Other things to note The front storage room houses the kayak, paddle boards and bocci ball set. The parking area is grassy and makes for a fun bocci ball, croquet area. This space is located beside the garage doors and there is a separate key for this door in the wooden bowl next to the elevator.
