The space Our summer house Graneliden is a beauty that has been a summer pleasure for more than 100 years. With its completely beachfront location - right in the inlet to Ulvöhamn - the house and the jetty are a familiar profile on Ulvön. The house is carefully renovated and has all amenities, except TV. It became unnecessary. However, there is Wi-Fi, a projector and good sound for movie nights. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday life and parties, newly renovated. There is plenty of room and all the amenities: 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, 2 sinks - and meters of counter space. Porcelain and glass for large groups. Our restaurant oven is the best assistant! Celebrate Midsummer in an archipelago idyll, swim and sunbathe from your own jetty. Paddle, hike, cycle in the beautiful nature of the High Coast, or follow the Ulvöregatta from the first floor. Guest access Graneliden is not only a unique house on an exciting island - but also a unique chance to enjoy a vacation together with as many as 21 people at the same time. You have the whole place to yourselves, completely private jetty, sauna, etc. THE BIG HOUSE - 100 YEARS OF CHARM We call this big house a little playfully the "Prima Donna". She always wants attention and to be cared for: one year a new roof is required, another year a little more paint. We are on the ball, and really like to pamper her. A GAZEBO IN THE SEA Some have married in our gazebo, others have celebrated birthdays or danced disco in this gazebo. We love this room! Breakfast, lunch, dinner, party or quiet relaxation - it doesn't matter. The building stood up on the hill a long time ago, but someone came up with the ingenious idea of putting the house on piles - in the middle of the sea. Yes! PRIVATE SAUNA ON THE JETTY Two small beaches surround the plot, but it is still the jetty that is the exclamation mark on Graneliden. At one end of the jetty facility are two small boathouses. In the middle is a genuine old wood-fired sauna. Firewood is behind the sheds and the floating jetty has a diving depth and a swimming ladder. What are you waiting for? ANNEXET - WAKE UP TO THE WAVES The house called the Annex is located on one of our small beaches, and directly on the dock. There is a laundry room and storage. There are also two guest rooms "Förpiken" and "Skottet" with bunk beds, which can be rented extra if you are many (SEK 5,000 for four beds/week). Open the door in the morning and the archipelago steps into the warmth of the bed.
