La Petite Maison

A former 19th century farmhouse completely renovated with care, the Petite Maison combines the rustic charm of the houses of yesteryear and the comfort expected of a modern cottage. Ideally located in a village offering all the necessary amenities within walking distance (Pharmacy, Medical Office, Supermarket, Butcher, Tobacco, Post Office...), served by a direct bus line to the city center of Bourges, La Petite Maison is an invitation to take your time... without wasting it. The space You will find a living room, office space and a wood-burning stove as soon as you enter the Petite Maison. In the kitchen area, a utility room with a dishwasher, washing machine and garden table gives you more comfort and fewer chores. The toilet is also on the first floor. Upstairs, the library and the sleeping areas provide you with a quieter space. There you will find the bathroom with a bathtub. Guest access You have access to the whole Petite Maison, and you can park directly on the grass strip along the adjoining building. Other things to note The main heating method of La Petite Maison is a wood-burning stove. Everything will be provided to fuel it, but it will be your responsibility to turn it on and maintain it if you want to enjoy its heat :) The bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, the toilet downstairs. Which means you have to go up and down the stairs. These may not be suitable for people with limited mobility.
