Cosy room in unique property

You are welcome to come and enjoy a stay in my spare room on your visit to Seaham. You will have use of the 2nd bedroom which enjoys one of the 4 bay windows along with sole use of the bathroom Use of the kitchen & appliances, Dining & Living Rooms during your stay. Secure Cycle/motorcycle storage available by prior arrangement. 10 mins from train station, 15 from beach on foot. Meet and greet. If away, lockbox details will be provided. The space It is a ground floor flat. You will have the second bedroom which is large and has seating in the bay window should you wish to relax privately. You can also use the lounge, dining room and kitchen. The main bathroom, which includes standalone bath and separate shower will be exclusively yours during your stay. Guest access You can cook in the kitchen, which is well equipped and have use of the dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. During your stay I work from home most of the time, but some guests do end up having the space completely to themselves if I am away for work, or in an Airbnb myself elsewhere! I am chatty and sociable, but can often gauge the level of interaction guests want. If you want privacy during your stay, that is cool too!
