Find yourself relaxing on the upper deck, sitting by the fireplace in the living room or enjoying the lower deck near the pool. Master bedroom offers a King sleep number adjustable bed with master bath. Jetted hot tub, walk in shower and his and her vanities with great lighting and plenty of space to get ready. Walk in his and her closets. Bedroom 2 offers two twin beds and a large closet. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and walk in closet. Additionally, a nice work space is available in this bedroom. Bedroom 4 offers a full size bed with attached bathroom including a walk in shower, toilet and vanity. Closet also available. The large open concept living space offers a fully equipped kitchen with induction cook top, double ovens, dishwasher and all other necessities needed to cook a meal. Living room/Dining room area is open and comfortable with gas fireplace. A second living space is available downstairs in the rec room/bar area. Plenty of seating with two additional flat screen TV's and electric fireplace. The bar area is a great place to hang out and can also be utilized as a second area to cook food if needed. Gas Grill or Electric smoker is located on the lower deck and is available for use. The outdoor living space is stunning in the summer. Take a stroll around the yard and enjoy all the perennial gardens, the butterfly garden located next to the pool or just sit and relax by the pool. The trampoline is also available for use. Pool towels provided. Safety gates are installed around the pool; however, guests are responsible for all safety in or around the pool and remainder of property. Two laundry rooms are also available for use. Guests can enjoy the entire house pictured. The only area off limits to guest will be our storage area. We honor our guests privacy, but will be available for our guests whenever they need us. Quiet country home located on approximately 2 acres. Although we do have neighbors, they are nicely spaced apart for privacy. Country views surround you which include beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The backyard runs up against the river so you can enjoy watching the wildlife that runs through. Deer and turkey are the most common, but you may get lucky and see the Bald Eagle that takes up residency in the tree across the river or even a beautiful red fox that has been seen running through. The peaceful ambience of the yard awaits you. Although we are in the country, Kiel is a very short distance away. The nearest park is approximately a 5-7 minute walk away. The nearest grocery store and gas stations are less than a 5 minute drive. Free parking is available through out the city either in parking lots or along streets. Free parking is also available at the residence. Two car garage is available for parking with additional spaces available in driveway. Guests interested in booking will be sent a contract to sign.
