In a charming village labeled "small city of character" in the heart of the Loire castles: Our family home in tuffeau stone, is located in the small village of Coudray-Macouard, quiet on the road connecting Saumur (8 km) and the medieval city of Montreuil-Bellay, also 8 km away. We are in the room category, access is through a separate entrance at the back of the house. You will have a terrace, a grassy area and 2 parking spaces. The space Independent suite with two bedrooms, a bathroom and an independent toilet. It is on the 1st floor of our house, accessible by an internal staircase. We can accommodate 4 people and 2 infants (childcare equipment available in the accommodation) No kitchen in the accommodation, only a dining area that still allows you to eat and have your breakfast (dishes available) . Room description: An entrance hall area leading to the various rooms, with a cloakroom, a large storage closet, and a bookcase with books, comics, and board games. The first bedroom has a 160-cm bed, an 80-cm flat-screen TV with Netflix and Netflix Kids, a large work area with an office chair, a dining area with a high-top table and 4 comfortable stools, a fridge, a microwave, an electric coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. Tableware is available (plates, cutlery, glasses, bowls, cups, etc.) as well as coffee, tea, infusions, sugar. You will also have a dresser, a chair . For the second bedroom, the bed is a BZ sofa (sleeping 140) of higher quality (folded in living room mode for a reservation of 2 people) , a 90cm flat screen TV with video game (WII console), a dresser, a desk with a chair, as well as a small coffee table and console. If booking for 2 people with both beds in both bedrooms, an additional fee of €10 applies for the sofa bed linens. In this case, please let us know when you book. The bathroom has a corner bath with built-in shower, 1 vanity furniture, and a towel dryer. You also have access to a separate toilet. All linens are provided, sheets, dish towels, rugs, towels and bath linens. For your comfort, the beds are made for your arrival. Everything you need to accommodate a baby or two infants is available upon request: folding bed (fitted sheet provided), sunbed, dining chair, changing mat, sunbed and bath seat, potty. You will also have a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue and a grassy area. Guest access Access to our home is from 4pm, but we can always find a solution for an arrival between 2pm and 4pm, depending on our availability. 2 parking spaces in the gravel courtyard are reserved for you, marked by "visitor parking" signs. To allow access to the rooms with more autonomy, a secure key box with code is available next to the front door of the accommodation at the back of the house, follow the "Bienvenue Gite" sign. The secure box code will be sent to you before you arrive on the booking site. The suite is completely private, it is located on the 1st floor by an interior staircase, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. For everyone's privacy, the rest of the house is not accessible. For the outdoors, a terrace with a grassy area is entirely reserved for you. During your stay We will surely have the opportunity to meet and we will be happy to communicate with you, if you wish to do so as well. Other things to note IMPORTANT: If booking for 2 people with the use of the two bedrooms and the 2 beds (160 and 140), an additional fee of €10 applies, for bed linens and bed preparation for the stay. As a reminder: we are in the bedroom category, not in the entire accommodation category! No kitchen, only a dining area.
