Description
You will have 2nd floor of historic home to yourself. Completely private and separate from downstairs of house. Suite has own private entrance and own driveway/parking area. Outside sitting/smoking area Includes full size fridge,microwave, expresso maker and drip coffee maker. Along with complimentary bottle of wine and fresh baked muffins for breakfast. Bedroom has very comfortable full size bed and TV with Netflix,Prime Video. Restaurants, parks, lakes nearby. 2 guests for short term stays. The space You will have 2nd floor of historic home, built in 1894 by a sea captain whose ship was lost at sea. Suite is completely separate and private. Includes 1 bedroom, living room, kitchenette/dining room with small table for eating or work area. and bathroom with shower. The home is over 100 years old, so charming but also has its quirks., as in letting the hot water run in the sink or shower for a few minutes to warm up before getting into shower. And best not to plug in hair dryer same time as heater is running or will trip breaker. But just a quick text and that will be fixed. Guest access You can access the suite by obtaining key through the key box at front door. Code will be provided to you at time of reservation. The suite is completely private and separate from downstairs of house. There is a completely different locked door to access downstairs. But owner uses door on side of house not that door. Other things to note Guests will have their own private driveway that brings them right to the front door that leads up to the studio. 2 guests are fine for short term up to a week. For longer stays single occupancy only
