Minimum 2 night stay. Enjoy a stylish stay in this New York–inspired, industrial one-bedroom flat in the heart of North London. Perfect for a couple or two friends sharing a king-size bed. Just 5 minutes from Holloway Road Station (Piccadilly Line), with buses running day and night right outside the door. Please note: Not a party flat I live here with my cat and rent it out while I’m away — perfect for guests who appreciate a cosy home with character (and don’t mind a bit of cat charm 🐾) The space Entry with a small hallway for shoes and jackets which divide the living room/kitchen/office from the bedroom and bathroom. Very charming and stylish flat with lots of character, and all the amenities you need for a stay in London. Located on 2nd floor without lift. Guest access The whole flat is free to use for guests. Other things to note This flat has an older charm, so you may notice some minor imperfections such as marks on the walls and general wear and tear. I live here with my two cats and rent it out while I’m away — guests will need to feed them during their stay. This is not a party flat, and there is no commercial photography or filming allowed at all. If you are a smoker, you can smoke out the kitchen window, but please do not go out on the roof for safety reasons. I do smoke out the window myself.
