Rent this lovely, spacious home for all of your mountain needs! Hit first chair without losing sleep; we're located just one mile from 49 degrees North Ski Resort. Floor to ceiling windows overlook the Selkirk Range. Find a stocked kitchen with new appliances; two new bathrooms with a rain shower; and FIVE memory foam beds: two kings, one full, and two pull-out sofas. The stylish space boasts chic, comfortable furniture to welcome you home after skiing, a day on the water, or a fun ride! The space The space has an open-air cabin feel with wood plank walls, exposed beams, and decor inspired by the forest just outside. In the great room, you’ll find a wooden dining table, open kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, and a cozy living room with smart tv. Please note the home is a duplex with two units that do not share access. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, oils, pots, pans, and other necessary utensils. The living room has comfortable seating for at least 6 and includes access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and more. The main floor bedroom is offers a comfy bed and chair, with a dresser and closet space. The bathroom offers new fixtures, bright lighting, and a luxurious rain shower. The upstairs loft has a plush king-sized memory foam bed, executive desk and chair for remote work, and tranquil decor. The basement unit serves as a private couples or family getaway. You’ll find a plush king bed, pullout full sized memory foam sofa bed, a dining area, kitchenette, and spacious bathroom. Finally, take in some of the most stunning views of the Kettle Crest range and the Selkirk Mountains right from the deck. Other things to note Clean, polite dogs will be welcomed with a small pet fee/deposit. No pets on any of the furniture. Clean up any droppings or messes outside or in the house. Dogs must be on a leash in public areas or roadways. If you bring a dog without informing us, there will be an additional $250 non-refundable fee. WINTER SHOVELING FEE: An additional $25 cleaning fee has been added to all units to account for shoveling. Please note that the space will be shoveled upon your arrival, but it is your responsibility to manage snow during your stay to your own comfort level. From personal experience, it is best to stay on top of it!
