Living room with TV, sitting area, dining room with 6 chairs, and a full kitchen with dishwasher. Patio doors will lead you to a large outdoor deck. Excellent fibe wifi throughout the cottage. Also on the main floor: Bathroom with shower (no bathtub), laundry room with washer and dryer. BOTTOM FLOOR There are stairs going down the ground floor where you will find 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1: Queen size bed and patio doors that will take you to an outdoor terrace and stairs that will lead you down to the stream on the property. Bedroom 2: Double and a twin bed (bunk) Boudoir/Bedroom 3: the is a boudoir on the bottom floor where we can accommodate you with a portable crib. If you need this feature, please make sure to let us know. The chalet can comfortably accommodate 6 people, but can sleep 7 + a baby in a portable crib. (2 in the principal room, 3 in the 2nd beedroom, 2 on the double sofa-bed (main floor) and a baby in a portable crib on demand.) Guest access Guests have full access to the property except for some storage space, and won't have access to the concrete terrace behind the fence. Those areas will be locked. Please note the property might not be fully accessible to people with reduced mobility, because the main floor has stairs leading down to the bedrooms, the lot is on a slope, and guest will have to go down outdoor stairs that will lead them to the stream. *The property is going through landscaping work on the front yard, but no work will be done during your stay and it will not affect or disturb your stay in any way. The views, the main space of the lot, the stream are not on this side of the house. Other things to note The cottage is in a slope, with the forest surrounding it. The stream on site is rather shallow, but the water depth, flow, and temperature can vary at ANYTIME. The location and presence of a body of water comes with the risk of injury, drowning, death: CAUTION IS NECESSARY AT ALL TIMES. ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES IN THE PRESENCE OF CHILDREN. The lot is NOT fenced. Renting this property implies that you, each person of your group, and all adults responsible for children part of the group has understood and accepted all risks associated. DOGS We only accept dogs that are well behaved, house trained, discreet and have respectful owners of the house and property. Some restrictions may apply. Additional fees apply for pets. SECURITY: We highly recommend keeping your pet a leash. Although the property is rather intimate, the lot is NOT fenced and we are in a forest setting. NO PARTIES The cottage is in a small private community, unsuitable for loud parties. Please be respectful of this rule. There will be no refund for any event leading to an expulsion of the cottage.
