With over 1250 SF of living space, you'll enjoy the high-end fixtures, finishes, and furniture throughout the home. Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1: Queen with 43" smart TV Bedroom 2: Queen with 43" smart TV Bonus Room: Queen with 85" smart TV All bedrooms have sanitized linens and luxurious blankets to snuggle into after a long day exploring the city. The bonus room offers a cozy experience with its huge 85-inch smart TV complete with modular couch seating to relax on while watching movies or playing games. The jack-and-jill style bathroom is stocked with premium bathroom essentials and fluffy towels for your comfort. The kitchen area offers brand-new LG appliances, cookware, and bar seating for 6 so you can entertain guests or curate a delicious meal. Do you need wifi? No problem, we've got you – along with a dedicated working space in the living room in case you need to knock out some work during your stay. Lastly, there's plenty of outdoor fun awaiting. Enjoy the family seating area, gather around the gas fire pit, or grill up something tasty on the BBQ while taking in views of Camelback Mountain from afar! Pets are welcome here too – they'll love running around in the spacious backyard! Guest access You will have private/exclusive access to the entire home and property. The 1250 square foot interior, and the 8000 square foot lot with a private back yard. We will provide you with contactless check-in information prior to your arrival! *Please note that there are 3 storage areas on the property that are locked. One closet is inside across from the second bedroom. The other storage closet is located outside the back door. The last is a storage unit on the south side of the back yard. All other interior closets are available for guest use. Other things to note Whatever you need, we are here for you! We are happy to interact with you as much or as little as you need us. If you have an issue during your stay, please let us know and we'll be happy to find a timely solution, even for the smallest of requests. We recommend that you report issues using the app messenger for the quickest response. Our business hours are from 8 am to 8 pm, if it is not an emergency, we do our best to respond within an hour. In case of an urgent matter requiring our immediate attention, give us a call and a host will be available to help. Otherwise, we value your privacy and will give you space to enjoy your stay in our home. Trash Collection Services Recycling is available on Fridays. Trash is available on Mondays. Cleaning Our property is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in between each guest's stay. Upon departure, all you have to do is take out the trash/recycling; there is no need to wash dishes, strip beds, or launder towels. We want you to feel at ease during your stay and assured that your place has been professionally cleaned and taken care of.
