You’ll feel very connected to nature here, the sea, the rocks and the beach. Its perfect whether you're looking for adventure, a coastal walk or to sit back and relax with a glass of wine. The space This newly renovated stylish cottage is full of character and charm, sleeps up to 6 people and is for your exclusive use. It has been decorated to a very high standard providing a luxurious, unique & stylish space, perfect for a tranquil getaway. It is the ideal retreat for walkers, adventure lovers, or those looking to unwind surrounded by all that Cornwall has to offer. Upstairs * Bedroom with stunning sea views, with a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and en suite with shower, WC and washbasin. * Bedroom with super king size bed, wardrobe, shelves and hooks for hanging items. * Bedroom with two single beds & stunning sea views, drawers, hooks to hang items and a desk with views out to sea. * Spacious family bathroom, with WC, large washbasin and a free standing roll top bath with hand shower, perfect for relaxing after a long walk or day at the beach. Downstairs * Entrance is a large sunny room, ideal to hang lots of coats, storage for beach equipment, walking boots and cupboard housing hoover / ironing board etc. * Living Room with a wood burning stove (one basket of logs and fire lighters are provided for your first night between Nov-Mar), comfortable sofas for 6 people, Freesat TV including Netflix & Amazon Prime, Free Superfast fibre broadband and plenty of boardgames. * Dining room, with large wooden table that easily seats 6 people, cupboard storage with plenty of wine and cocktail glasses. * Sun room / Breakfast room with stunning sea views with round table and chairs. It leads straight out onto the decking in the rear garden which also has views to the sea, perfect for morning coffee or a G&T in the evening. * Kitchen is very well equipped for home cooking, with a large double oven and induction hob, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. * Utility room with washing machine and dryer, ice machine, pantry cupboard and large fridge / freezer. * Wet room with shower, WC and washbasin. * Staircase, its an old cottage, so just watch your head when using the stairs! Outside * Front patio with wooden bench to take your boots off or have a cup of tea in the sunshine. * Large rear garden with warm outdoor shower to rinse off after a swim or hose down muddy dogs, garden dining table to seat 6 people and 2 sun loungers sit back and relax on the garden furniture whilst reading a book with a cup of tea or having a BBQ and hanging out together. Parking The village car park is directly opposite the cottage, making it very easy to unload the car and requires payment via an online app. Guest access The place is entirely yours, whether you're outside in the garden soaking up the sun and sea views together or inside playing scrabble by the fire with a glass of wine! Other things to note Essential Items provided: Tea, instant coffee, a handful of coffee pods, cooking oil, salt & pepper, dishwasher tablets, washing tablets, bin liners, sponge Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental price. One small well behaved dog is welcome, please keep them off the furniture and beds (or bring your own throw), additional £50 per stay. Unfortunately, we don't provide any equipment for children such as cots etc.
