Beautiful vacation home with balcony and terrace

A cozy apartment in a quiet location to escape the stress of everyday life. Kitchen and bathroom was renewed with heart and soul in 2022. The accommodation is quietly located in the village. In the village there are two restaurants where you can eat very well, there is also an ice cream parlor. The place is surrounded by beautiful hiking trails and forests. By tram you can also reach the surrounding towns and the beautiful Dokumenta city of Kassel without a car. The space Do you want to relax again, get away from it all? Then this is the place for you. Whether in spring, summer, autumn or winter, in the beautiful apartment with a special location, every season is a special experience. Due to the wonderfully quiet location close to nature, you can fully experience all seasons. The living space extends over 80 m² on two floors and is located on the 1st floor and 2nd floor which is accessible through a separate entrance. Even in summer at high temperatures, it is still very pleasant in the house because it is a half-timbered house. The attic is additionally air-conditioned. You can feel at home in a large living room with a nice large sofa and smart TV. Children are also welcome, but we do not have an extra cot. There is also no barrier on the stairs. The apartment has a small study with a desk where there is also a lot of information for your vacation and excursion destinations on the 1st floor and another office on the 2nd floor where there is also additional sleeping space in a bedroom with two single beds. The accommodation is perfect for a relaxing vacation or for business travelers. On the first floor, you sleep in a new large 180 cm wide very comfortable luxury bed/box spring bed. From the bedroom, a balcony is accessible, which was renovated in 2023. On the floor there is a beautiful fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet which was completely renovated in 2022. On the second floor there is another bedroom with two single beds, an office and toilet with a small sink on this floor. In our beautiful accommodation, our guests should not miss anything. We would be happy to welcome you. Guest access The apartment is spread over the entire floor on the first and second floor of a cozy half-timbered house. Other things to note There is a tram stop on the outskirts. Not far from the property you can let off steam in the Hirschhagen amusement park. Right in the village, not far from the property (5-minute walk), there is a shop where you can find everything for your daily use. About 30 minutes from the village you can take the tram to the beautiful, sightseeing-worthy documenta city of Kassel, The beautiful Edersee is also only about 45 minutes away by car. The Hohe Meißner is about 30 minutes from the village. On the outskirts there are beautiful forests and hiking trails, even by bike you can get around well and can reach many places. There are many more beautiful attractions around the accommodation. Also a lake is not far from the property which can be combined with a nice hike and picnic. We offer our guests the opportunity to book in advance an organized luxury picnic in places of their choice, which are included in the offer, at a pleasant price. We will be happy to send you information in advance. Our guests can also rent an e-bike on site for a fee and have it delivered to their doorstep. In summer, the beautiful large terrace can be used to sunbathe or simply end the evening with a glass of wine. So that our guests can relax on vacation, we also offer laundry cleaning for a small fee. Pets on request.
