This charming home is conveniently in the middle of the Mat-Su Valley between Palmer and Wasilla. Located on three wooded acres, this furnished 1,000 sq. ft. home features two bedrooms and one bathroom. We love hosting guests on local getaways, business, vacation, family visits or anything else that brings you to the stunning beauty surrounding Palmer, Alaska! This is a lower unit in an owner-occupied duplex. (Our family lives in the upper unit; we do our best to be quiet and respectful, but please be aware that there is foot traffic, etc.) Big windows allow lots of natural light and views of the beautiful wooded area. Make yourself at home in our cozy living area and fully-equipped kitchen. One bedroom includes a generous desk space for your work or play! A washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the home. Wifi and Netflix are available! You are welcome to use the fire pit near our home for a barbecue or relaxing evening around the fire. We are thrilled to be able to offer a hot tub on the property for your use! It is steps away from the home, shared with guests in one tiny house vacation rental. (For reservations from June 1-Sept 15, the hot tub will have shared access with guests in three tiny houses.)
