Please note that pool heaters depend on ambient (outdoor) temperatures. When outdoor temperatures are 50°F or below, the heater may be unable to maintain the desired water temperature. By requesting pool heating, you acknowledge that pool heat is not guaranteed. Refunds will be considered only in the event of a verified mechanical or compressor failure of the heating equipment. Reduced heating performance due to low outdoor temperatures is a known limitation of electric pool heaters and is beyond our control. As such, no refunds or rate adjustments will be provided for weather-related heating limitations. *Event Fee: $1,200 (weddings, reunions, etc. – must be approved in advance) * Elevator Access: $150 fee (waived for mobility-impaired guests; 27.5" clearance) * Pet Policy: Up to 2 non-shedding dogs with approval, $200 per pet * Check-In: 5:00 PM (early check-in not available during peak season without prior approval) * Damage Waiver: Included – covers up to $2,000 in accidental damages Guest access The amenities for this house are what makes the home so enjoyable for everyone! *Beautiful pool (**can be heated) with great pool deck space, private and fenced. *Nice yard area with a fire pit which is next to a shaded grilling out area with outdoor TV's! *FUN! Garage has an open game room with ping pong, foosball, mini-basketball, and corn hole. *Beach items for your use - kayak, paddle board, assortment of beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon. ** Elevator (available for small extra fee/per day) is available from ground floor (game room, pool, covered patio) to both the main floor and the second floor. *Second level has steps up to roof top deck, which has incredible views of Pensacola Beach! ** This house has an elevator - ground floor to all levels - however, if using a wheel chair you only have 27.5 inches of clearance, so make sure it works for you ** ** All events must be approved and $1200 event fee will apply ** ** Pool heating is an option - $75 per day, must be for entire stay ** Other things to note Gulf Coast Getaways does not rent to groups of guests under 25 years of age through Airbnb. All adults under 25 must be accompanied by a parent. This House Rule takes precedence over any information displayed on the property listing.
