With 3 Split-type Aircons (All rooms are airconditioned) Great for familes and friends/barkada get-together and bonding. OCCUPANCY: Base rate covers up to 4 guests. An additional ₱300 per person, per night applies for guests 5 and 6. Please make sure to enter the correct number of guests when booking. When booking just for 2 guests reguiring just 1 bedroom, please message so I can give discounts. AFTER BOOKING, you are required to send me the IDs of all the guests staying so I can arrange the authorization to stay in my place as my personal guest. Guards also ask for IDs to be surrendered to allow access so please bring one. NO PARKING SLOT but there's a pay parking within Prisma on a first come, first serve basis. POOL USE: Guests can use the pool on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. A fee of 200 per guest is to be paid to the lobby receptionists. Thursdays are for cleaning, and Weekends and Holidays are exclusively for registered residents. WASHER/DRYER: Available for bookings 5 nights and up, and upon request. NO CLEANING FEE is charged to keep our costs down, "BUT" we require our guests to tidy up/clean up before check-out. Please note that in cases where guests leave the room dirtier than usual and extra effort is needed to clean, we will charge Php 500 post check-out. FREE ADDITIONAL CLEANING For those booking 5 nights and up, we offer periodic FREE cleaning of the unit and change of sheets and towels. NO LOUD PARTIES or LARGE GET-TOGETHER and GATHERINGS. If you will have a QUIET INTIMATE GATHERING, we allow up to 8 only and with Php 1000 deposit completely refundable upon check-out. Booking should be for 6 guests. Please read my HOUSE RULES before booking. 1. Check-in is STRICTLY starts 3pm, and Check-out is STRICTLY up to 12 noon. 2. No LOUD parties or LARGE get-togethers and gatherings. If you will have a quiet intimate gathering, we allow uo to 8 only and with Php 1000 deposit completely refundable upon check-out. 3. NO COOKING of SMELLY food like frying fish, tuyo, bagoong, and the like. This sticks to curtains and furnishings. FINE: Php 3000 to be used for the cleaning fee. 4. NO SMOKING in the unit; FINE: Php 3,000. 5. Only registered guests are allowed to stay. Max of 6 is allowed to stay inside the unit. 6. Please do not place your garbage outside the unit. The garbage room is located on basement 1, please dispose of your trash properly. 7. Do not hang clothes or anything on the railings or at the AC cover. Admin will penalize all violators of 3000. 8.
