At Fourth is a charming residence built in the late 1960s and renovated in 2022, located just 20 meters from the sea at the wonderful Poetto beach in Cagliari. Since 2011, the year the business opened, we have been included among the B&Bs in our city and in 2023 we became a guesthouse with the CIN: IT092009B4000F1396. The space The house, spread over a single level, offers a quiet and comfortable environment, ideal for stays at any time of the year. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a harmonious and welcoming space, with simple, bright and comfortable rooms that reflect the spirit of the place and the tastes of the guests. Guests can enjoy a lush garden where, in the summer months, breakfast is served, always included in the price, and during the day, although the use of the kitchen is not provided, guests can heat ready-made food and will have everything they need to prepare a good cup of tea, herbal teas, and coffee. The location of the house is particularly advantageous, allowing you to take advantage of the city services and reach the nearby beach simply by crossing the street. A short distance away is also the Molentargius Natural Park, a natural oasis where you can admire the majestic pink flamingos. There is a tourist tax of €1.50 per person, per night, up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights, to be paid at check-in, as established by the municipality of Cagliari. Other things to note Extra services to be paid on-site: Indoor parking: Upon request and subject to availability, it is possible to book an indoor parking space at the price of €10 per night. Children under 3: Children are welcome guests of our facility. We do not charge any extra for children up to 3 years old who sleep with their parents. If explicitly requested, we can provide a camping cot, a bathtub and a high chair at a cost of €15/night. Extra linens: Extra linen change: € 10 Animals: Upon agreement with the manager, with a surcharge, small dogs and cats (max 1 <10kg) can be accommodated. Pets must be supervised by their owners, must not be aggressive or noisy, must be kept on a leash, must have a health record book, and must not sleep on the beds or be left alone in the property. (Daily surcharge € 5 - Security deposit € 30) Tourist Tax: A tourist tax of €1.50 per person, per night, up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights, is payable.
