Quiet Zone (Adults Only)!

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. We are looking for quiet and private people who want to enjoy some R&R. This is a Mature Community (30 and over). However, we provided a full hockey table that doubles as a ping-pong table—lots of fun! There is a great water park within walking distance, and the beach is less than 10 miles away. This may be the spot for you! No pets or kids! This community has strict rules so be sure to read the details! The space Note: Full bathroom located in master bedroom. The half guest bathroom located in the hall does not have a shower or tub. Other things to note If you are are party goer, this may not be the place for you, the community has quiet time between 10pm-8am, as the majority are seniors here. No kids, no pets, or commercial vehicles permitted! Please note master bedroom and living room has a T.V, the secondary room does not. No smoking in front of the unit on the walkway, there is a designated area on the patio. Please do not take indoor furniture or items and place outside in front of the unit. You will be asked to leave if the rules are not followed and will not be refunded!
