Located only 8 minutes away from Coopers Beach and just a 10 minutes from Jobs Lane, you will be in the HEART of the Hamptons from where you can have all the adventures your heart desires. The space includes a ground floor apartment which includes a bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and living room of its own. The cottage also includes a cleaning staff that is available every 2 weeks for a small fee so that you can spend your time basking in the sun instead of being at home cleaning.
