This full of extras smart home boasts a newly renovated heated pool (updated pictures coming soon) with lanai (to keep the bugs out), patio area, grill area, game room, fully remodeled kitchen with enough amenities to cook up a 5 star meal, making you never wanting to leave but close enough to enjoy every aspect of what Florida has to offer. The master bedroom has a King size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed while the 3rd bedroom can accommodate up to 4 people with a double and a two singles bunkbed. Please don't book if you plan to bring your pet(s).**** ABOUT THE SPACE: 3 BEDROOMS: • Master Bedroom: King-size bed for a restful night's sleep. • Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed. • Third Bedroom: Family-friendly bunk bed with twin on top and a twin bed on bottom and a full size bed to give you options for sleeping arrangements. *Sleeping accommodations for 8 people over the age of 7 plus 1 child under the age of 5. 2 BATHROOMS: Clean, modern bathrooms with all the essentials including fluffy towels as well as shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Both bathrooms have hair dryers. OUTDOOR AMENITIES: • Private heated pool: Enjoy a relaxing swim year-round in a heated pool, surrounded by a serene and private tropical oasis. (pool will be heated during colder months of the year) • Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and toys are available for your enjoyment. • Pool and and sitting area is all within a lanai so no need to worry about mosquitos. Large area is covered with a large table with chairs so you can dine outside as well as seating area with a fire table. • Propane BBQ • Wood burning fire pit surrounded with Adirondack chairs for late-night chats and roasting marshmallows. • Outdoor shower near the pool. Guest access You have access to every room within the house and every portion of the backyard except for the shed as well as supply closet in the garage and master bedroom. Other things to note Please keep in mind that we run on septic. So PLEASE do not flush ANYTHING that’s not toilet paper. (this includes “flushable wipes”) Please note that the hot/cold water in the master shower is reversed. In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the house is equipped with five exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside. There is a noise monitor outside on the patio. This is to ensure that we are not disturbing our neighbors during quiet hours.
