Our house in the middle of Roubaix welcomes solo travelers, lovers and families looking for discoveries. Close to the metro and tramways, you can easily reach the tourist sites of the metropolis. (20 mins from Lille Center, 15 mins from Villa Cavrois in Croix...) On foot, you will discover the La Piscine Museum, the Maison de Mode boutiques, La Condition Publique, the McArthurGlen outlet stores... The space The private bedroom and shower room are on the top floor of our house. Bright with its large skylights, you will have a view of the square opposite. About 30 m2, you can enjoy a 140 cm wide bed, a desk and a wardrobe. We can add two extra beds in the large bedroom for families with young children. Otherwise for groups, we offer other rooms in the house. Guest access Shared kitchen-living room area of about 55 m2 - A kitchen equipped with a piano oven and 5 gas burners, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, a large fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, complete tableware and utensils. - A 35 m2 living room with a large sofa and armchairs, a large living room table; dining area overlooking the patio. - A garage to store bicycles and garbage cans + Cellar for storage. - A laundry room with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. - A 17 m2 patio with garden furniture and Weber barbecue to enjoy the sunny days! The house has a toilet on the ground floor to share. Internet via fiber optics with Orange present on all floors (Wi-Fi repeater installed). Other things to note You will stay in our family home, which we have renovated to accommodate guests, we ask that you treat it with care and respect. The cleaning fee includes the supply of linens and towels. We opted for a "personalized" welcome, no lockbox. It's either me or Carlos who will welcome you. We will contact you to arrange a check-in and check-out time. Please note that any check-in after 8 p.m. and/or any check-out before 8 a.m. will result in an extra charge of 20 euros.
