Step into this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom where every room is equipped with its own 65" TV for maximum entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped. Anything not in the kitchen is available upon request at no additional cost! Free parking spot (1) in driveway if available, however free curbside parking at all times. BEDROOM: Sleep in comfort in our SPACIOUS and COMFORTABLE bedroom with a high-quality queen-size bed and premium bed linens. TV: Each room is outfitted with its own TV KITCHEN: Expect a FULLY EQUIPPED kitchen with all stainless steel appliances you need, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and coffee maker. Inside the cupboards, you will find complete utensils and cookware, such as pots, pans, dishes, glass, mugs, and plates. BATHROOM: Professionally CLEANED, our full bathrooms boast a GLASS-ENCLOSED shower, an EXPANSIVE Vanity area, and FRESHLY-STOCKED bath essentials & toiletries. REMINDER: Please do not deliver amazon packages to our home, we are not responsible for wrong addresses and or stolen packages. This home is professionally cleaned and maintained for every guest. Guest access This is a back guest house that is completely separate from the front house. You'll have 100% privacy and full access to the back house. It's a self check-in process and you'll find complete information on your Airbnb app. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Early check-in requests and late check-out requests are NOT Guaranteed. Approval based on availability. Fee may apply. NOTE: Do not ship packages to the listing. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages that may be delivered to the Airbnb home during your stay. We highly recommend that you use your personal address or a secure delivery locker for any packages or mail you may need to receive during your trip. PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance with Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and the like for this location in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Violation of this policy will result in cancellation of the reservation without any refund, and you will be asked to immediately leave the property. SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside in the rear patio area. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fee to get rid of residual odors. NUMBER OF GUESTS. NO outside guests are allowed. Only the number of people in your booking are allowed in the home. Please make sure to include in the reservation the correct number of guests staying. By booking this home, you are agreeing to the house rules, you agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay at this home, and agree to keep the premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing, damaged, or broken.
