The space We have a roof top pool, palapa and patio area, with amazing views of the Caribbean sea and barrier reef along with views of the lagoon ...best views for sunsets and sun rises in San Pedro. We are in walking distance to all amenities....grocery store/fruit stand/bakery/local food stands/restaurants/beach bars/dive shops ect. Things to do...snorkeling/sailing/paddle boarding/kayaking/biking/diving/parasailing/jet skis/I suggest a water taxi over to Caye Caulker for a day, or a sail ride over to Caye Caulker/golf cart rental for a day to cruise the island and have an afternoon at secret beach/Sunday fun-day at Crazy Canucks or The Truck Stop...lots to do..in the evenings, there is lots of live music/crib tournaments/dart nights/crab races/chicken drop...or relax at our roof top patio area Guest access The roof top pool, palapa and lounge area, which have amazing views of the great Barrier reef. Each apartment has their own front and back private patio space. Other things to note We are a located in Boca Del Rio", where you can experience the fun, exciting town of San Pedro!! Walking distance to many beach bars, restaurants and dive shops. If it is your first time on the island (the 2013 & 2014 #1 island in the world!) - please note - the water in San Pedro is some of the prettiest water in the world, with perfect white sand, but because it is an island, the shore takes a beating from the sea, and parts of the beachfront is sea-walled. Boca del Rio beach road is not sea-walled and a great place to stroll along the beach and dip your toes in the water!! Because we are close to the reef, there can be sea-grass that washes in. However - the swimmable beaches we have - are gorgeous. All beaches in Belize are public, so you are welcome to walk freely on all the beachfront. Although many resorts are located on the beach, there are only a few spots people actually swim in the sea. Here are the popular spots to swim: --You can walk right to the shore, steps away, from Casa del Rai, and walk the beautiful, picturesque beach front --You can swim off the docks at Hurricanes Beach Restaurant, just a minutes walk. --Head to Sandy Toes to sit on the shore, or Palapa Bar to swim in the tubes on the sea -We recommend swinging over the water and playing in the sea at Dive Bar, just North of the Bridge. --For a full beach day experience - especially if there is sea grass on the Caribbean side - we highly recommend going to Secret Beach for a day - because this is technically the "lagoon side" there will be no grass here, and this is a very fun day trip. You can walk out in the waist-deep water as far as you can see, and it is an incredible experience! We are conveniently located a few blocks South of the Bridge....easy access to Secret Beach. WE now have golf carts available for rent on site for your convenience!! Please note we have a gated yard, locked at night and we also have security cameras!!
