The space Migi’s Beach Place is a beach front coastal gem recently remodeled (kitchen and bathroom, new h-vac and water heater) with beautiful finishes, two bedrooms with plush beds and large screen Smart TVs in every room (with Roku). Unit also comes equipped with essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, moisturizer, blow dryer, coffee & tea bar and amenities for families with children) You’ll be dazzled by the amazing sunsets and private access to the beach from the lobby! Fun factors on the beach include jet skiing, parasailing, windsurfing, kayaking and bike rentals nearby, beachfront restaurants and roof top bar all within steps. Enjoy some downtime on the open balcony overlooking the city skyline. There is something for everyone to keep you entertained, pampered and relaxed during your home away from home stay! *To note, our unit is located on a popular beach strip that attracts locals and tourists alike enjoying Island life. If you don’t mind city sounds and nightlife, this is the perfect location. However, if you’re sensitive to noise this unit may not be the best option. We are equipped with white noise sound machines and earplugs for your comfort. Maximum capacity in the unit is four (4) adults and all must be registered. Occupants above 4 only allowed with prior approval (fee of $25 daily per person will be required) Be aware water/power outages can occur during your stay and that we are not required to issue refunds so please keep this in mind. Puerto Rico is working through repairs of a damaged power grid from our last hurricane. We are equipped with portable fans with integrated usb to charge your devices and portable battery operated light bulbs, flashlights and candles for your convenience.
