Elegant and refined new designer EcoSuite with lake view of Varese, large balcony (50 sqm), 3000 sqm of garden, swimming pool reserved exclusively for apartment guests (the pool is not heated). The area is quiet and private, and in just a 6-minute walk you can reach the station with connections to and from: Varese, Milan Malpensa airport, Milan city, Como, Lake Maggiore, and Lugano. The space This beautiful apartment is ideal for adults or families with children over 7 years of age due to the particular structure of the house and the swimming pool. The name EcoSuite derives from the fact that the apartment is totally autonomous from an energy point of view, being equipped with photovoltaic panels and storage batteries that guarantee its autonomy. There is therefore no connection to gas or other fossil sources. The EcoSuite has two refined double bedrooms with two queen size beds and each room has the right level of privacy. You will always have plenty of space and maximum comfort, being able to also and exclusively enjoy a large living room (40 sqm) with fireplace, a modern kitchen overlooking the lake and a 50 sqm balcony, in addition to the exclusive use of a swimming pool located at the same level as the balcony. A real "pied dans l'eau" EcoSuite, all with a splendid uninterrupted view of Lake Varese. The first room, called "Vista" is the room facing south and has a beautiful view of the garden. The double bed is equipped with two electric slatted bases which, through a remote control, allow you to raise the mattresses separately from each other and in multiple positions (reading, leg relaxation, etc.). Reading lights have been integrated next to the bed so as not to disturb the person next to you who wants to sleep. The room has large compartments where you can store your personal belongings, including suitcases. An ironing board and a professional iron are also available. The bathroom, with direct and exclusive access from the "Vista" room, is equipped with a beautiful and large shower cabin with the possibility of using blue light during the shower. The color blue in chromotherapy is used to induce strong mental concentration, relax the nervous system, relieve anxiety and has a calming effect. The second room, called "Relax" has a comfortable queen-size double bed (without electric slats) and large compartments for personal belongings. It has a view towards the east area of the house and is very quiet and cool in the summer. It has a bathroom 3 steps outside the room and is equipped with a large shower area with blue light chromotherapy as well as a hot tub (also equipped with chromotherapy with a wide choice of colors) with Airpool technology. Each of the two bathrooms is equipped with a powerful hairdryer, a large wall mirror and a magnifying mirror for makeup and facial cleansing. Each room of the EcoSuite is equipped with speakers (including the bathrooms) that allow you to connect with your mobile phone via Bluetooth and listen to your favorite music from your phone either when you are taking a shower or listening to music in your room. If you don't have a subscription to Spotify or other similar apps, you can still listen to music in any room or bathroom by telling the Alexa system the type of music you want to hear. The large living room, studied in every detail, is together with the balcony the heart of the EcoSuite. The sense of peace and tranquility that emanates from this area thanks to the minimal furnishings composed of natural oak furniture and large windows overlooking the balcony, swimming pool and front garden, allows you to enjoy the view at every step you take in the apartment without interruption of continuity up to Lake Varese and beyond. The furniture and lights have been designed to emphasize this feeling to the maximum, and two powerful and refined Bang & Olufsen design speakers have been included, from which you can listen to background music to complete the magic of the atmosphere. In the living room, there is a latest-generation 48-inch LG 4k Ultra HD Oled TV on which you can watch movies or sports programs of your choice between Netflix and Now TV Sport (the 2 Netflix and NowTV Sport platforms are available free of charge for guests to meet any need for movies or TV series they wish to watch). On the balcony there is a table with 4 comfortable chairs with cushions, two deckchairs and two sun loungers and a small living room consisting of two comfortable armchairs and a coffee table to enjoy an aperitif, read or simply enjoy the moment. The terrace can be completely shielded from sunlight thanks to 3 large retractable electric awnings that protect it in its entirety. There is a small shower with hot water near the pool to rinse before and after bathing. The pool is 2.5 meters wide and 8 meters long and has a constant height of 1.40 meters. Chemical chlorine is not directly present in the pool, but the water sanitization system was chosen through an automated system of transformation of salt into natural chlorine through salt electrolysis. The lights that can be turned on on the balcony and in the pool create a magical scenic environment so you can experience the outdoor environment even in the evening hours. The beautiful kitchen in harmony with the rest of the rooms is equipped with a modern induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Cooking becomes a pleasure as the kitchen is connected to the balcony and pool by a large French window that allows conviviality and contact with the outside even during culinary preparations. In the kitchen, there is water in glass bottles, a kettle, a Nespresso machine and regular and decaffeinated coffee capsules, Aeroccino (Nespresso's automatic system for preparing a hot milk foam for your cappuccino). You will also have a series of teas and herbal teas and various accessories of the "Teaforte" brand, defined by Newsweek Magazine as "The Lamborghini of tea". The entire apartment has been equipped with a forced ventilation system, which consists of a sophisticated air filtration mechanism so that, even if the windows are kept closed, there is a constant exchange of air to breathe clean air inside the Ecosuite. In the living room and bedrooms, there is also a central cooling system that can be managed by the various digital thermostats placed in each room. As our philosophy dictates, we are attentive to waste and that is why we have decided to limit the use of plastic as much as possible by providing refillable soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathrooms. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner are biodegradable products, as are the dishwasher tablets. As laundry soap, you will find biodegradable soap sheets that make very little foam but are very effective. In addition to towels of various sizes, you will find sheets, blankets, and comforter and everything you need to make your stay perfect. The entire apartment is equipped with a double Wi-Fi, so as to always guarantee an internet connection even in case of problems with one of the two lines. Parking for one car is in a common courtyard inside the property, accessed through a 3-meter-wide gate on the street. For particularly large cars, it is possible to park outside the property in a public parking lot located in the immediate vicinity of the Ecosuite. In the inner courtyard of the property, there is a WallBox fast electric charging station available to our guests. The charging station is shared with the property owners. Guests with electric or traditional bikes are welcome. We have a room with an alarm inside the property where you can recharge your e-bikes and keep them safe during your stay. You can have a small bike lift for maintenance free of charge and have an outdoor space (with a water pipe) dedicated to washing it after an excursion. For those who intend to continue their yoga or pilates activity that they already do at home, we have provided a yoga mat and some elastic bands with which to do this activity, perhaps on the balcony facing the pool along with relaxing music. Doing this activity early in the morning or at sunset together can be a fitting complement to your stay in our Ecosuite. Nearby, about a 10-minute walk (3 minutes by car), there is a small and characteristic village called Comerio where you will find a small grocery store, three bars, a pizzeria, a highly rated butcher shop, a restaurant and other small businesses. A five-minute walk away is our small village of Barasso where you will find a renowned pastry bar that in addition to making artisanal brioche, pastries and cakes, also sells bread, focaccia and pizza. In Barasso, you will also find a pub where, in addition to excellent beer, they make amazing hamburgers and periodically also have live music. If you want a well-stocked supermarket (Esselunga, perhaps the best chain in northern Italy), you can reach it in less than 10 minutes by car. For any need, within a 5-minute walk you can also have not one but two pharmacies! The train station to Milan and Lake Maggiore is a 6-minute walk from our Ecosuite. Other things to note Sergio and Susanne live in the apartment upstairs from the Ecosuite and will make sure your privacy and tranquility remain sacred.
