Our Punta de Mita beachfront condo or "Cayo Loco" as we affectionately call it, is located in a safe, gated condominium building on the beach in Punta Mita, Mexico. We are located on the second floor up from the pool/beach area and one floor down from the garage and entry way. The condo is a spacious 1750 square feet with an additional 250 squarefoot beachfront deck. The condominium building has just 12 luxury units which makes it very private. From the moment you walk through the front door, you will have breathtaking views of the ocean. You will have access to a pristine pool as well as hot tub. If you are a beachcomber, we have a lovely private beach within the gates of the condo, with powdery white sand, shade palapas, as well as beach chairs. Just a few steps beyond the gate is the beautiful public beach. We provide you with 4 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, and a cooler for your convenience. If you like to BBQ, please enjoy our outdoor kitchen complete with a nice bar area, small refrigerator and a gas BBQ. Cayo Loco has been lovingly furnished with our guests in mind. We have a king bed in the master bedroom, complete with a U.S. pillowtop mattress as well as new Anthropologie bedding. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a U.S. pillowtop mattress and crisp new Crate and Barrel bedding. There is also a comfy sofabed in the family room that you are welcome to use. Both bathrooms come fully equipped with fluffy cotton towels as well as soap for your stay. The kitchen at Cayo Loco is truly a chef's kitchen with all stainless steel appliances including a wine refrigerator, as well as all the necessary dinnerware, silverware, stemware and cookware. The sink in the kitchen island has a reverse osmosis water purification. No need to buy big jugs of water to wash your veggies or brush your teeth just turn on the sink! Also, a stainless steel 5 gallon water jug dispenser with cold and normal water temperature is provided for you with extra jugs at no charge. Each room has an air conditioner controlled by a remote as well as ceiling fans in every room. We have all the modern conveniences of home including Wi Fi, USB ports in every room, a new 65" TV with sound bar, and Canadian satellite which has tons of great stations including music.
