Organized with great affection and love! Bright, airy, comfortable and equipped for your best stay! Very close to the city's main tourist attractions (1.5 km from Pelourinho). Commerce and service in the surroundings, shopping center and market. You can do everything on foot! But if you prefer, we are a few meters from Lapa Station (bus and subway). Want to enjoy Carnival? The electric trio passes 100 meters from the building's door! The condominium is family-friendly and safe, with 24-hour concierge and elevator. It will be a pleasure to welcome you! The space The apartment is composed of: - Living/dining room with table for 4 people and double sofa bed, where two people can sleep peacefully; - Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, sandwich maker, cabinets and sink and all utensils; - Bedroom with double bed (QUEEN size), wardrobe and bedside tables; - Full bathroom with washing machine. We currently do not have air conditioning and TV, but we do have two portable fans.
