Guest Suite in Fremont

The guest suite has all you need for a comfortable stay in Silicon Valley. It features a living room, all essential amenities for cooking, a full bathroom, and two bedrooms that face a shared outdoor garden. The sitting area in the garden is the perfect place to have your morning cup of coffee or dinner with some friends. The BBQ and fire pit are also great for having dinner outside on warm nights. The space The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a full bed, and also there is a sofa in the living room that can be used as additional sleeping space if required. The second bedroom also has a computer desk and can be used as an office space. There are a refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and portable electrical/induction stoves in the kitchenette. The TV in the living room is set up with Chromecast TV, simply turn it on to access. Guest access Our guests have one private entrance to the suite and are given a unique passcode, which changes with each guest for security. They also have access to the garage where the washer and dryer are located as well as to the backyard with a bunch of fruit trees. The owners live in the other half of the home but spend most of their time away from home and have a separate entrance. We are happy to make recommendations and hope you have a lovely stay! Other things to note We require a photo ID of all adults who will be staying with us. Early check-in or late check-out are possible depending on availability. Please reach out to us to set that up. Early luggage drop-off is also possible depending on availability. The WiFi credentials and entrance lockbox code will be provided after booking. If you use the gas BBQ grill or fire pit be sure to properly extinguish both after use.
