A quick 90-min drive from Chicago - This modern, minimalist, airy, newly constructed home nestled in private sand dunes steps away from Lake Michigan beaches, Grand Mere State Park, and all that SW Michigan has to offer! The space The house has a spacious, open-concept living/dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows in the common area. The house has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Three bedrooms have queen beds and ensuite bathroom access. The bunk room can sleep 6, featuring 3 twin bunk beds. There are also two twin beds in the loft area of the bedroom with a climbing wall. It can be hard to access those beds however. Guest access You will have access to the entire house + private heated pool with minimum 79 degrees that will stay open from May till the end of September, hot tub and fire pit and lake solis access for non-motorized water sports.
