Located on the beachfront at Port Victoria with amazing views across the Spencer Gulf, Sunset Shores is ideal for a family on holiday, group of friends, two families, couples or a location to work. Sunset Shores is a spacious, bright and clean house with wi-fi, ducted air conditioning in every room, a huge backyard for children to enjoy, laundry, study area, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor area with BBQ. Guests will enjoy some of the most beautiful coastline in South Australia. The space Located on the beachfront at Port Victoria with amazing views across Spencer Gulf, Sunset Shores is ideal for a family on holiday, or for larger group of friends, two families travelling together or a location to work. Sunset Shores has 4 bedrooms – upstairs is a king bedroom with ensuite, and a kids room with a bunk (2 singles); downstairs is a king, 2 x single – sleeping up to 8 people (max 7 adults). Quilts, blankets and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats & tea-towels) with them for their stay. The upstairs king bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower & toilet, while downstairs is the main bathroom with shower & spa bath, and a separate toilet. There is recently upgraded ducted air-conditioning throughout at Sunset Shores that will keep you cool on the hottest days and provide year-round comfort. From the newly constructed deck and upstairs and downstairs living areas you can enjoy the expansive sea views across the gulf with the Port Victoria Jetty, Wardang Island & Goose Island Aquatic Reserve. From the upstairs deck you will also enjoy watching the boats come in and out at the boat ramp as well as the local birds. Bring some binoculars! Enjoy the comforts of the holiday house with large smart televisions and lounge seating both upstairs and downstairs. A guest Netflix account is available on both TVs. Unlimited WiFi access is provided for guests during their stay. Downstairs the open plan living area has a combined kitchen, dining & lounge. Sunset Shores has a fully equipped kitchen for any length of stay with an electric stove and oven, microwave, coffee machine, slow cooker, toasty maker, rice cooker, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, with a breakfast bar & dining area adjacent. We provide a variety of cookware and serving-ware so that you can entertain your family at home. We also have melamine plates and bowls for those who prefer or for children. The laundry is fully equipped with a front load washing machine, iron & ironing board. Outside, there is a spacious entertaining area with dining & seating; plus a large hooded gas barbecue and outdoor shower overlooking the secure rear yard. There is a huge backyard area which is ideal for kids to run around. It has a newly installed pickle ball court and basketball ring so remember to bring your basketball. Pickle ball bats and balls are provided for guest use. Sunset Shores has plenty of parking options with room at the front for up to 2 cars in the driveway and a small boat. There is also off-street parking at the rear of the house for a large boat in a secure yard behind a high fence. Those coming to fish the waters off Port Victoria for are well catered for at Sunset Shores with, fish cleaning facilities, and the boat ramp is a 2 minute drive away and visible from the balcony. Sunset Shores is a short 2-minute drive or 15-minute walk to the jetty and main street, which offers the Port Victoria hotel, general store and seafood outlet. Larger supermarkets are located at Maitland and Minlaton (approximately 20 minutes drive). Guests will enjoy some of the most beautiful coastline in South Australia. From white sandy beaches to a rugged rocky coast of geological significance. To the south is the Port Victoria Golf Club, and further along Rifle Butts Beach. If you're a keen walker or love bike riding, the Walk The Yorke Trail heads along the coast past Sunset Shores in both the north and south direction. There are nearby breweries, gin facilities, museums and national parks for guests to enjoy. Guest access Gusts can access all areas of the house with the exception of the garage, small and large sheds and some cupboards. Other things to note The house can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests, but only 7 adults due to the size of the top bunk in the fourth bedroom. We pride ourselves on offering a clean and tidy house and our cleaning fee is $150. Dogs will be assessed on a case by case basis.
