You will be renting the entire 3 bedroom 2 bath one story home with large fenced in backyard located about 15 min from historic district, river street, starland dist, 30 minutes from Tybee Island, 10 minutes from Jennifer Ross sports complex and aquatic center, and easy access to 95 and 16. Centrally located minutes from dining, shopping, and more. 2 Smart TVs - Living room and master suite - with fast wifi for streaming. Designated work space with desk, outdoor fire pit, BBQ grill, and more! The space You are renting the entire Savannah gray/blue home which also includes linen and towels. Use of the laundry room is also included and detergent and dryer sheets are supplied. The only area of the home which is not permitted is the garage, but don’t worry there are two driveway parking spaces and additional parking along the front of the house for one additional vehicle. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. The two other bedrooms include a queen bed and a twin bed in each. There is a day bed with a trundle bed in the common area for additional sleeping needs. This home sleeps 10 total. The home is a one story ranch style home in the historical neighborhood of Windsor Forest. It is located directly on the La Vida golf course and is a quiet, safe, and convenient neighborhood. The beautiful matured trees covered in Spanish moss give much privacy to all guests. We welcome well behaved, potty trained pets with a $75 pet fee per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets - For those with pets, the back yard is large and fenced in so your fur babies can run free. We also have a doggie door in the living room of the space which has a easily removed cover for pets who are comfortable using it. We do ask that pets who are not trained are not left unattended during your trip. Guests will be responsible for any damages incurred from their pet during their stay. This is an older home which has been worked on and updated throughout the years and has some quirks, please reach out with any questions you may have during your stay Guest access This is your temporary home! You are free to use whatever you find in the home during your stay, and we supply all amenities including coffee, bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), beach towels, and more. Other things to note The code to the front door changes after each guest. There is a “Ring” doorbell video on the outside. Also for your safety, the back yard can only be accessed through the home. There are cameras on the outside of the home (front door, back yard, and driveway) that are not in use and turned off at all times. An early check in/late check out fee of $125.00 is enforced for any check in occurring prior to 3:00 PM EST, and any check out occurring after 11:15 AM EST. unless prior arrangements are made between host and guest, as we want to be mindful of all guests we host and ensure the space is ready for all who stay. Note: Savannah is a humid climate and has many friendly bugs, including palmetto bugs that appear like a giant red-brown water bug. They are harmless, but can find their way inside at times. Please be aware that this is a reflection of the climate and weather. We do pest control regularly and this can still be unavoidable. Pet and Kid safe sprays are available in the home for any isolated incidents.
