The space We live in a single family house and our guest suite is attached but 100 percent separate and private — no contact with us other than the chance passing outside. Access is private via side door. Parking for one vehicle is along the street. Our space is best and most often used for overnight stays during long I-95 road trips and as a resting spot for eager sightseers. We’re not well suited for romantic getaways or staycations since the suite is similar in size to a hotel room. Guest access You have 100 percent private use of the guest suite (bedroom, kitchenette, and bathroom) via your own door — no sharing, all yours! Parking for one vehicle is along the street but feel free to load and unload in the driveway. Other things to note You’ll occasionally find our young, busy family coming and going, outside swinging, tossing a ball, shooting basketball, or playing in the yard. We do so outside of quiet hours.
