BEDROOM 1 Guests will stay in either the master bedroom which has an ensuite and queen size bed. The bedroom has a lot of wardrobe space for your luggage. Electric blanket included for those chilly Canberra winters. BEDROOM 2 Great-sized bedroom with double bed. There is plenty of space to store luggage and includes a desk. MAIN BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower, bathtub and toilet. I provide complimentary towels, shampoo, toilet paper and body wash. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully-equipped and ready for you to use. You'll find: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - crockery and complete set of cutlery - microwave I provide a simple selection of things for breakfast including tea, coffee, milk, sugar and spices. These are complimentary so you are free to consume them while you stay here. PARKING: The parking garage can fit 2 cars. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building's BBQ area throughout your stay. LOCATION: A mere 7km northwest of the City, my townhouse is located in Bruce, delivering the convenience of inner-city living within a stone’s throw of some of the Bush Capital’s best nature reserves. Located on Thynne Street just off Haydon Drive, my townhouse positions you to seize the day no matter your agenda. Find yourself in Dickson, Braddon, Westfield Belconnen or the Canberra Centre in under 10 minutes. Parliament House is a 12 minute drive. The University of Canberra is a 2 minute walk, and the Australian National University is a 5 minute drive. Enjoy the short walk with the kids to Fern Hill Park and Playground, or venture further afield to explore Black Mountain Nature Reserve and the National Arboretum. Guest access There is a key-safe for self check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Other things to note There is a secure garage under the townhouse complex with internal access up the stairs. There are also plenty of visitor carparks at the front of the complex as you come through the driveway.
