The space La Terrazza sul Bosco is a comfortable and romantic 45-square-meter OPEN-PLAN apartment designed for TWO PEOPLE. It is located on the first and top floor of an alpine house in our small village, with only 7 houses, surrounded by woods, with COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT access (reachable via a flight of 12 steps). The style of the furnishings is unique: a mix of heirloom antique furniture, modern furniture, and pieces handcrafted by our company, NATURAS. A photovoltaic system on the roof produces clean energy and powers the entire property. **YOUR ROOFTOP TERRACE AND STONE MINI POOL** The distinctive feature is the LARGE ROOFTOP TERRACE, which is very INTIMATE AND PRIVATE, with an exclusive view of the greenery and the forest. The MINI STONE POOL for two people is at your disposal on the terrace. POOL LOGISTICS: The pool is FILLED AND EMPTIED BY GUESTS according to their needs. TEMPERATURE FLEXIBILITY: The water is easily adjustable and there are no additional costs for its use. In the summer, you can keep it just warm enough to cool off while sunbathing (sun terrace with deck chairs). In the other seasons, you can heat it UP TO 45°C. Even in the middle of winter, it will be a pleasure to indulge in an unusual steamy outdoor bath! The tub is in a COVERED position, so it can also be used in case of rain or snow, for an even more romantic atmosphere. OUTDOOR AMENITIES: A misting shower to cool off, a covered lounge area for dining or having breakfast outdoors, and a fire pit (with the first supply of bioethanol included; subsequent refills are €6 each) for a magical atmosphere under the stars. PARKING: Free street parking a short distance away (50 meters). **INDOOR AMENITIES** KITCHEN: Fully equipped with a double induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, and microwave. You'll find a complimentary supply of coffee, tea, sugar, salt, olive oil, and vinegar for the day of arrival. BATHROOM & BEDROOM: Large bathroom with shower, double bedroom. Bedding and bath linens included. For WEEKLY STAYS (7 nights), a change of towels halfway through the stay is included. Guest access We are located just 2 km from the town of Rossana (Cn), in a very small village consisting of only 7 houses, surrounded by greenery and woods. You will arrive here very easily by taking the paved hill road, which is slightly uphill for a short stretch and has a couple of hairpin bends. Only the last 200 meters are on a gravel dirt road, but the road is easy and completely flat. Free parking is available outdoors and adjacent to the property (50 meters). The access is independent. Return is free at any time. The apartment, the large terrace, and the mini pool are all for you. There are no places or moments of sharing with other Guests or people. Only we hosts, who live about 100 meters away, will be at your disposal if needed or if you want. When you arrive here we will personally welcome you and give you all the information to enjoy your private spaces in autonomy and privacy. If you need to arrive later than 8:00 p.m., we will send you all the instructions to access the apartment independently, and we will meet the next day at the reception to register your government-issued IDs. They are often personalized, because they unite the recipient with the personality and subtle energy of the tree of origin.
