While every campsite in the country bursts at the seams, discover our exclusive glamping village of just 10 widely spaced, luxurious five metre bell tents. Nestled within a historic Grade 1 listed, 1000 acre private estate, each tent is fully furnished. Expect home from home comforts, with a double bed, king sized duvet and electric power, while outside a decked area contains table and chairs and your own fire pit. Our magical glamping site is perfect for couples, families, and group bookings. The space Double Bed including sprung mattress King Size duvet, pillows & pillowcases 2 x Hand towels 2 x Bath towels 1 x Blanket Camp beds for kids KIDS Kids are incredibly welcome. We provide camp beds but not bedding for kids. There are acres and acres of safe space for them to play in and explore . SHOWERS & LOOS Onsite you will see our quirky little shower shacks and toilets that are just a short distance away from your bell tent. These are individual cubicles/stalls for greater privacy and cleanliness. FIRE PIT We supply a small amount of wood for your fire pit, once used you can purchase more wood/kindling from the Texaco petrol station on the main road A59 (BB7 4ES) open 7am-8pm. Please note, we do not provide any fire lighting equipment and all fire pits must remain in the same position as found on arrival. ELECTRIC Your Bell tent comes fully fitted with 2 electrical plug sockets, you will find this at the base of the bed frame on the right-hand side. BBQ’s, COOKING STOVES BBQ’s with charcoal are available to rent from the estate and you are permitted to bring BBQ’s and cooking stoves but these must be safely operated and not installed so as to burn our decking areas or grass. Flagstones are provided for such appliances which will protect the ground and grass. There is a separate WASHING AREA to clean said appliances. SECURITY DEPOSIT A £50 security swipe will be taken on arrival. This will be refunded within 7 days assuming your tent and surrounding area is left tidy. Other things to note Check in time: Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays: 4pm-6.30pm Check in location: Hindelinis Bar and Restaurant, BB7 4LP. Check out is at 10am. We do not allow early check ins or late check outs at Stables House. Linen is provided with the exception of cots. Towels are provided. If you require a cot and highchair please let us know. Highchairs are charged at £5 Travel Cots at £10. BBQs are available to rent at £15, we do not allow disposable BBQs. You are able to add any of the following to your booking with 72 hours notice: Champagne, Chocolate, Flowers £105 Champagne and Strawberries £50 Flowers £50 Balloons £35 Rose Petals £15 Massages and Facials can be booked whilst staying on the Estate please contact the therapist directly. You may bring your dog with you. Each dog is £50.00 per short stay and £59 per long stay (7 nights plus). We ask that you bring your pet basket/bed with you and ensure that your pet(s) does not lie on the bedding or chairs. Pets must not be left unattended in accommodation or elsewhere and must be exercised on a lead and in the charge of an adult. Animals other than dogs can only be accepted with specific permission. In the interest of visitors’ safety, and following government legislation, we are sorry we are unable to accept the following types of dog: American Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Fila Brasileiro and Dogo Argentino, XL Bully even where these types of dog are muzzled as required by government legislation. We have an onsite outdoor heated pool that can be utilised in pool opening times Apri-end of August to guests staying on site only. Please follow the pool rules that you will recieve at check in and ensure all children are supervised Pool opening times, subject to weather: Mon - Closed Tue - 10am-4pm Weds - 10am-4pm Thurs - 10am-4pm Fri - Closed Sat - 10am-4pm Sun - 10am-4pm Security deposits taken at check in - a hold is held on your debit or credit card for 7 days, providing their is no damage after check out the hold is removed. £50 on all Glamping Tents. You are liable for any damage caused to the accommodation during your stay. Please make a member of staff aware of any damage caused to your lodge, prior to your taking over and report immediately any damage caused during your stay. If any damage or breakages are found after your departure. All accommodation has designated parking areas, for any additional, please liaise with the Estate Office. When driving on or around the Park, please keep your speed to a minimum and be vigilant of children and dogs. Please avoid driving on the grass areas at all times. There are some beautiful estate walks and plenty to see near by, head to the Things To Do Section of our website to find out more. Our onsite bar and resturant Hindelinis is open daily, last food orders are 1 hour before closing time: MONDAY - SATURDAY 9am-8pm - last food orders 7pm. SUNDAY 9am-5pm - last food orders 4pm.
