The space The space is all newly renovated and newly furnished. Guest access This property is the entire second floor of our main building, and is accessed through a courtyard shared with our venue & offices. Once you enter through the courtyard, you will see your private entrance on the left. As a guest in the penthouse, you will have full access to all of our shared outdoor spaces. That includes the covered wraparound porch downstairs, the lawns, the docks, and the stone beach with custom fire bowl.
