The space This studio, located on the 3rd floor of the "Painted Ladies" townhouse, boasts an 18-foot ceiling, hardwood floors, two balconies, a queen size bed, TV with NETFLIX, WiFi, and a full bathroom with a large tub. The new kitchen is fully equipped and there's a quiet policy in place 24 hours a day, making it an ideal retreat for adults or children over 14. Laundry facilities are shared with the other 3 units and available on a first-come basis. As a token of appreciation, guests are welcomed with freshly ground coffee for a French press and a variety of teas (including mint, rooibos, and cherry - a personal favourite). Please note the apartment is accessed via three flights of stairs. Security cameras monitor the front door 24/7. Garage parking is available on first come bases ($30 a day). For small/medium cars only. Please reserve it as soon as possible - it's free Nov-March reservations. Street parking is available for free, subject to space availability. This location is excellent for both business and vacation travellers! The house entry is situated at the back alley near the garages. Your taxi or Uber can pull up directly at the gate next to the garage for drop-offs. Walk through the unlocked gate and approach the glass entrance door. There is a bell on the right side or you can call Eugenia. The front door camera sends me an immediate message, enabling me to interact with you promptly. You'll gain access to the unit via the garage/backyard gate and the main house entrance, which involves climbing 3 flights of stairs. The entire top floor is reserved for this unit.
